1. How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status anytime on our “Track Your Order” page (if enabled).

3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept manual payments via Payoneer for international orders.
To pay via Payoneer:
- Send payment to: likelaiba03@gmail.com (Payoneer)  (USD only)
- Upload proof: Send a screenshot of your payment
- Confirm via WhatsApp: +92318-0245187
- Or email your proof to: info@tarabay.store
Your order will be processed once payment is verified.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or edited within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed with our suppliers.
